my fitness did improve
I leant that when you do it you do get better like soccer juggles I got better and that If you are not good a one thing you will be better at another.
next time I would try to get better at my tennis ball runs and not spend so much seconds on making the ball sit there and try to go a bit fast
I think that I did well in the step up because i aways got better and the time that I didn't I was not far off.
